Attention Windsor Landlords & Investors

As of February 13, 2023: 

All Landlords and Investors in Ward 1 and Ward 2, Windsor, Ontario are required to prepare and submit a Residential Rental Licensing Application for each rental unit owned. This applies to properties containing four or fewer units. T
he Deadline to submit applications is May 13, 2023.
